1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 12jl ("12jl," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://12jl.club ("Platform").
1.2 By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.1 Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fictitious accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. 12jl will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details.
3.4 You must notify 12jl immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 12jl account or any balance held therein to any other person.
4.1 12jl supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and individual method terms.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's Banking section.
4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 12jl may request verification of payment source at any time.
4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 12jl reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 12jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages outside of 12jl's control.
4.6 Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be subject to a withdrawal fee or review if there is evidence of deposit-and-withdrawal activity without genuine gaming intent, which may constitute money laundering under Philippine law.
5.1 12jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are published per promotion.
5.3 Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5.4 12jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect existing qualifying wagers already placed under the original promotion terms.
5.5 Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.
5.6 12jl reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play if it determines, at its sole discretion, that bonus terms have been abused, circumvented, or exploited.
6.1 All games offered on the 12jl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently tested and verified by accredited third-party laboratories. Live dealer games use physical game equipment operated by trained professional dealers under studio conditions.
6.2 Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Results are final and binding upon settlement.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 12jl will attempt to reconstruct the game state using server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

6.5 12jl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest technical error, and to recover any overpayment of winnings resulting from such errors.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The 12jl name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context is prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 12jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 12jl's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to 12jl in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 12jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party network issues may affect service availability. 12jl shall not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.
10.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By playing on 12jl, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that 12jl is not liable for any gambling losses you incur through legitimate gameplay.
11.1 12jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such data processing as described therein.
11.2 12jl may disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies as required by law or regulation, without prior notice to the player.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be first referred to 12jl's Customer Support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.
13.3 The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the above process, and both parties hereby submit to such jurisdiction.
13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents 12jl from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
