Need a short break from gaming without a full exclusion? Use the Take a Break feature to block your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a break period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager. Takes effect instantly.

Self-Exclusion

Request a self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Your 12jl account will be immediately suspended, you'll be unsubscribed from all marketing, and the exclusion will be registered with PAGCOR's player protection database. Reactivation requires a formal review process — we don't make it easy to reverse, by design.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. When you hit your loss ceiling, further betting is blocked for the rest of that period. This directly addresses the chase-loss behavior that is one of the most common warning signs of problem gambling.
